So I've been on a diet cutting out all chocolate, biscuits, snacks etc, and trying to eat smaller portions in the evening, because I usually cook far too much and then feel compelled to eat it all. I've also been going to the gym in an effort to become healthier and fitter overall.
But I want to do more! I feel I need a good old cleansing, and so, from tomorrow, I'm going to be fasting and living on vegetable juices (yummmmm.... well, I hope so!).

I hope I will be able to sustain it! Let's hope I don't faint in the middle of one of my lessons....
